Sara Schiffer brings nearly twenty years of experience and an impressive portfolio to her Denver-based public relations firm, which she founded in 2012.

In building the company, Sara has helped brands like Velvet Taco, Mici Italian, Native Foods and Tocabe: An American Indian Eatery build a media presence in their respective markets and gain national recognition. She works with renowned chefs like Troy Guard and Lon Symensma to increase their personal brand recognition, open new restaurants in their respective groups, and ensure continued coverage for their flagship brands Guard & Grace and ChoLon Modern Asian.

Through her years in the business, Sara has built a strong network of media relationships across the country, giving her clients excellent opportunities to tell their brand stories in the publications that matter.

During the start of her career in Chicago, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Blast Marketing & PR, Chicago’s premier agency representing hospitality clientele. During her tenure with Blast, she managed Chicago-based accounts including Gibsons Restaurant Group, including the iconic Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse and Quartino Ristorante; Giordano’s Pizza, with more than forty locations region-wide; Whole Foods Market's Midwest Region; and Table fifty-two, celebrity chef Art Smith’s Chicago venture, among many others.

Originally from Maryland, Sara moved to Chicago after graduating cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to Blast Marketing, Sara served as Marketing Associate with Carol Fox & Associates where she worked on projects such as Silk Road Chicago, a yearlong cultural initiative between Yo-Yo Ma’s Silk Road Project, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra; and many other theatrical and dance productions, both commercial and non-profit.

To her Denver business, Sara brings a diverse range of skills, with experience representing clients in a variety of markets including restaurant and hospitality; hospitality technology; health and wellness; and consumer lifestyle.

Sara lives in Denver's beautiful Congress Park neighborhood with her restaurateur husband Elliot and "assistants" Walt and Susie, and their pup Sammy.
