WHAT:
For St. Patrick’s Day this year, Curtis Park Deli is going green in more ways than one. Introducing their “Un-Boxed” Boxed Lunch. Forgoing the excess paper of a cardboard box, Curtis Park Deli’s Un-Boxed Lunches includes a choice of sandwich, house-made pickle, a fresh cookie from City Bakery, and a selection of Boulder Canyon chips.

Their “Green Un-Boxed Lunch” for St. Paddy’s day includes their decadent—and holiday-appropriate—Curtis Sandwich, which features Niman Ranch Corned beef, exclusive sauerkraut from local Vibrant Veggies, Swiss cheese, and house-made thousand island on a fresh City Bakery ciabatta roll. Included in the box is a green pickle, a green bag of Spicy Jalepeno Boulder Canyon Chips, and a lime (green) can of La Croix. The perfect “green” pack-and-go lunch for taking in the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

About Curtis Park Deli

Curtis Park Deli is a neighborhood delicatessen that prides itself on serving Denver’s freshest sandwiches. Sandwiches are stacked and wrapped daily, made with just-baked ciabatta, clean meats, and crisp, seasonal veggies. With freshness as a priority, Curtis Park Deli’s bread is delivered every morning from City Bakery, pickles and meats are sourced locally roasted in-house, and all condiments are made fresh daily—which means no preservatives and never from a can.  Curtis Park Deli strives to deliver community-driven food, featuring as many local and domestic artisanal products as possible, and takes care to use minimal packaging and paper products.
