Strong. Confident. Living. Partners with ClassPass to Launch Video On Demand Workouts

(Denver, Colo.) Strong. Confident. Living (SCL), the fitness, nutrition and lifestyle community that operates Denver’s Pearl Street Fitness, today announces they are among select partners included in ClassPass’ first Video On Demand workout offering to their member community.

Starting today, ClassPass members globally will have access to Video On Demand with the ability to stream a growing library of over 100 videos from top ClassPass studio partners and fitness influencers on both the web and the ClassPass iOS app, and later through additional devices.

Currently the only Denver-based partner, the Strong. Confident.Living videos add great workout diversity to the ClassPass’ video library. SCL has had additional success with virtual workouts with their thrice-weekly Worldwide Workouts, which are free streaming workouts available in the Strong. Confident. Living Facebook Group (currently at 13,500 members),

For those who are not members, ClassPass is offering an exciting 3-class promotion for only $10, which includes access to the SCL workouts. The special offer is for new members only and is available for a limited time.

“We are excited to announce our partnership with another global company whose main focus is impacting world health," says Scott St John, SCL’s Cofounder and Chief Attitude Officer, who is known for his direct, no-excuse, no-nonsense approach to healthy living.

ClassPass representative Marina Pardee says, “We chose Laura and Scott, and Strong. Confident. Living because their workouts are consistently fun, effective and unique. We look forward to an ongoing partnership and growth.”

For more information about the ClassPass streaming platform, view their press release here.

The workouts that Laura and Scott created specially for Class Pass are XX minutes long and take participants through a wide range of exercises, for a total body workout—an “express” versions of the traditional 60-minute Pearl Street Fitness workout. All workouts will be easy to do from anywhere and not require any special equipment.

The streaming workouts will be led by “Papa Pearl,” Scott St. John, who currently creates the unique programming at all three Denver locations, and have “Mama Pearl” Laura St. John demonstrating and offering additional motivational support.

In addition to working the body, the St. Johns have a mission to inspire and motivate through their videos—truly offering a total mind and body workout. Says Laura, “Strong Confident Living is where we create a community of strong confident people that's about 20% fitness, 80% nutrition, and 100% mindset! That is where we weave the 3 things together into a community that has turned it into lifestyle.”

"ClassPass is aligned to our core mission to make the world a more active place through real-world and technology driven experiences, explains Laura St John, SCL’s Co-Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer. "We love blurring the line between our real and digital lives—and impacting millions of families worldwide."
